Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with BODYLINK. We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Locations

We ship orders to addresses located within Canada, including most residential and commercial addresses.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to addresses outside Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, where available

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option selected.

We may also offer free shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect address. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after an order has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package and product.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
